Alternative Spring Break
Alternative Spring Break (ASB) is a registered student organization in partnership with the Center for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement at Michigan State University. ASB provides a unique living and working experience for students looking for an alternative to the typical “Cancun style” spring break. Students confront a variety of social issues such as poverty, homelessness, substance abuse, physical and mental disabilities, education, and hunger in locations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and Latin America.
